PinkTower was born from a mother’s need to feel connected to her children — and shaped by more than 40 years of family experience in education.
When co-founder Ehime Eigbe's first child was born during the COVID-19 pandemic, she did not begin school until she was almost one. Her second child, however, had to start school much earlier while Ehime was recovering from an injury. Ehime wanted more than occasional updates — she wanted a meaningful window into her child's day, so she could follow his development and know he was safe, happy and thriving.
Ehime's parents have operated schools for more than four decades, and through her role on their school board she had seen how fragmented systems, demanding administrative processes and communication gaps affected both educators and families. The same technology that could give parents peace of mind could also help schools run better.
So, three lifelong friends brought together three very different superpowers. Ehime brought the vision, parent perspective and creative direction. Imhoertha brought more than 18 years of technology experience and the magic to turn ideas into working systems. Bolade brought strategy, operational leadership and a passion for improving education across Africa.
Together, they built PinkTower, one happy home for school administration, payments, communication, student updates and everyday operations. PinkTower helps schools spend less time chasing paperwork and gives educators more time to focus on what matters most. It also gives parents a clearer window into every lesson, milestone and magical school moment.
